Strange, I read that TW widgets should run on every TW, no matter if it's Winmo, Sym or proprietary. Was on Samsung developers board I think.

Found something that seems like a i8000 flip clock.

EDIT: Works nice when I open it in the browser. Files look like a i8910 widget, but I cannot check the index file without my pc. Looks really cool.

EDIT2: SEEMS to work when I disable flash in the built in browser too. We should get this to work then, I think.

Thanks. That will make it super easy. However, I am unable to find working digital cloick widget built in the omnia HD.

With that I will be very close to replce java scripts and assemble the whole thing together.

The one posted in this thread isn't helpful? It is like the normal clock, just with date.

The differences between the i8000 and i8910 widgets seem pretty minor, maybe we can get a lot of them to work only by changing a few lines of html. They are just way too big, but that is a small problem.

Some success:

I just changed the config.xml to the one from the other clock widget and resized the icon.png.

I can install the widget and pull it on the hs, but only the first part of the first digit is displayed. I tried to resize the pngs in image, but it didn't work. Come on guys, almost there!

EDIT: Just adjusted the size in the config.xml to the original size, works now! Just a tad too big for the HS!

Are there the flip-effect or is there only a change of the time?

Thanks.

Will continue the development of this. Next will do the black flip clock and then the transparent analogue clock. (if the idea is not stolen).
The clock is intentionally big to give the HTC Sense Feel.

If a smaller version is required, please ask.
