Animation/sound mod on start and shutdown

I think I'm going to play with these files later today and rip the Russian "i8910HD" boot visuals to replace the "OmniaHD" visuals in a cooked Italian firmware. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Was wondering if you could replace the oxD and the ox12 strings that have the mbm files with a bmp or jpg file at 360x640?

All I did was replace the mbm files with a couple of bmp picture files. Obviously these are just bmp files so they are not animated, instead just pictures of whatever you may like.
