Default Help required with HTC Sense UI Theme for Omnia HD

I have installed various versions of the theme from the thread Samsung i8910 Themes, Widgets and other GUI graphical modifications - Samsung i8910 Omnia HD User Forums

I am running faenil n205. I have followed the instruction exactly written for installing the themes.

However after installation, I cannot change the city from London to my city. I go into the change option and then click the city search box to type in my city name, but the search returns no results. Sometime the search function does not work and simply clicks without any results.

I am running faenil n205. I have followed the instruction exactly written for installing the themes.

Is there anything I am missing ? Is there anyway we can embed our required city (code or identification) in the configuration files for gadget.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

What keyboard are you using? Widgets work only with alphanumeric one!

Yes I am using the Alphanumeric (phone dialer like) keyboard and not the QWERTY one.

I guess it has got something to do with the standard gadget lock (small padlock icon on the home screen). The moment I go inside the textbox selection to enter my city, the homescreen is unlocked, it displays the alphanumeric keypad correctly where I enter my city name, but when it comes out of this textbox back to the main home screen so i can proceed with the search results, the padlock icon is again active, so whatever I enter inside the alphanumeric keypad screen never appears in the search box window and hence search never gets done.

I hope I am making sense of what is actually happening , you can try it for yourself and maybe can guide me more. I have tried having the same behaviour both on HX-v7-11 and Faenil n205.

Cant seem to solve this one :-)

Thanks.
