List of known codes for the Samsung i8910 HD. Key this into the keypad.

*#7780# - Soft reset the phone and restores default phone settings. Code 00000000 (8 x zeros)
*#7370# - Hard reset the phone. Formats phone memory, mass memory 8GB or 16GB and restores default phone settings. You will loose all user files if not backed up!
Default lock code on reset: 00000000 (8 x zeros)

*#0228# to check battery information. Test mode.
*#62209526# - View MAC address with out removing your battery
*#0000# - View Phone version information
*#0228# - Phone test mode
*#06# - view your IMEI number
*#1546792*# - Phone admin mode
*#1234# Gives firmware info
*2767*3855# - Factory reset

*#0002*28346# - The config and advance options menu. Be careful touching anything here!
*#1546792*# Another config menu. GSM settings, audio and more.
*#3333# - Camera tuning code.
*#1234# gives firmware info.
*#0000# - Device manager Information
*#1111# - Test mode screen. FTA SW Version. Don't know what that is. I assume software version of some sort. Mine's I8910.009
*#2222# - Test Mode Screen. FTA HW Version. REV0.3
*#1234# - Test Mode. SW Version.
*#0*# and click on cif cam to take a picture with the front facing vga camera

Caution using these:

Hardware codes / button combinations:
Answer & Menu keys held while turning phone on - Format C: drive

Use for flashing firmware:

Volume up & lock keys held while turning phone on - PDA download / bootmanager mode
Volume down & lock keys held while turning phone on - Modem download mode

No it's not; thats the factory reset code...

*#06# - IMEI number

I can't find the combination for "All download" mode

Depends on security setup. All network devices have MAC address's its a method of identifiying who you are over a network a little like an IP address.

With routers and network software you can lock user accounts down to a machine; good for security. With routers instead of WEP KEY, you can authorise by MAC address only, or a combination of both, for added security.

My router has a list of authorised MAC address's, if your device is not on my list it wont allow you on to my network.

Would a reset clear my phone of all it's photos, music and videos ?

I really would love to clear my phone and go back to the begining !

Somehow I've managed to put loads of music icons in my media album - Images & videos. When I try and delete them a key appears and other music icons of the same song are added >

It just will not let me get rid of them or even play them.

I've asked for help on av forums with no success. Can someone please help here ?

Is there a code to unlock it from orange and if i unlock it and put a 02 sim in could i then use 02 web service or are the orange programs lock in the phone. would i have to change the firmware as well.
