Default 5 steps to have a new phone!

Here 5 steps to change user experience in your Omnia HD i8910

First step:
install a beatiful and fast theme (if you have space, install in C)
You can install precision mod total black
Here screenshot

And here download
zSHARE - i8910_Precision_theme_sceriffo_final black.sis
ps: if you have hx8 for example, it isn't necessary because is already installed in rom

Second step:
Change font and its quality.
Using font router you can change font, get better quality, modify size, etc.
Download this (install in C!!)
zSHARE - fontrouter e font.rar
install fontrouterlt
install fontrouterman
copy cartoon font in your phone (better copy in C)
Open fontrouterman-fontlocation and select font
In zoom ratio you can customize font size (I suggest to use 96)
Reboot your phone and you will have new and very sharp font!
ps: you must have hacked phone

Third step:
Install Spb Mobile Shell
Spb Mobile Shell is a great user interface that change experience with your phone!
You will have a new phone!
This shell is very custizable, skinnabile, works very very smooth and fast!
You can download trial version here (if you have space, install in C):
zSHARE - spbmobileshell_s60_5_0_v_3_5_437.sis

Fourth step:
Skin Spb Mobile Shell
Spb Mobile Shell base skin is a little ugly.
You can download a skin with beautiful and sharp icons here:
zSHARE - skin.rar
After extract, copy and replace Private folder in memory on which you have installed spb mobile shell

Fifth spet:
Use a adequate wallpaper:
You can use this (spb mobile shell must be 720x594)
http://img37.imageshack.us/img37/1442/nottez.jpg
It's easy change wallpaper from spb mobile shell

Here 2 screenshot

ah i don't like SPB shell. Maybe i would if they changed every single menu, but it's terrible to be thrown into a completely different interface when you check your messages or go to the settings.

you're not looking for a shell man, you're looking for a UI revamp! SPB shell does pretty much what a 'shell' is supposed to, you can skin the interface however you like, but the core programs don't change. SPB already goes a little further by integrating contacts and a task manager, but if it were to replace things like messaging/settings, it won't be a shell, it'll be a UI like bada

exactly, using SPB shell is like driving this car: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GaQB_tgS7f0

at first sight it might look like you are driving a Porsche, but the only one you are fooling is yourself. :P

So you have to have a hacked phone to do this or just change the font + what would happen if i were to do all this without having a hacked phone?
