Default Battery runs out in a few hours

hello again
this was my last thread:
Phone won't turn on or charge!
now i know the phone itself isnt actually "dead" but unfortunately the battery still dies after getting new batteries, soft AND hard resetting, and charging full + discharging over and over again.
I got a "new" battery on ebay, only to find that it also only lasts about 5 hours, so i figured the battery was used and sold as new, so i returned it.
I got another (should be new) battery and i still have the same problem!
i tried soft resetting and hard resetting and got the same results, so i dont think its a background app/process running.
Also, charging takes roughly 5-7 hours and it gets kinda hot (hot enough that it feels like it burns your ear but not you face).
Is it the phones problem?

Try flashing the phone with one of the newest firmwares and if this does not help, the phone is probably faulty.

Give it a shot.

Sounds like your mobile phone is the main issue.
Try flashing to the new Hyperx V3-29 since the new flash procedure is formatting your whole phone.

If this won't help send it over Samsung.

Good luck.

Yeah, but before you send it to Samsung make sure you have the original firmware, that the phone came with...

Did you try all batt saving settings? Like GPS off and video sharing off?

I am telling you bro, if flashing to different firmware will not change a thing than it is most definitely some damage of the phone. It rarely happens to this model, but it happens.

Oh, after you flash to new firmware try power saving options as one of the colleagues said. Tell us if this helped or not, I am very curious.
