ROMPatcher+ not working

Hey guys..
Recently, I installed AnimePlus 2.01, and I was trying out some effects... Now, when I restarted my phone later, the applied theme effects were gone..
So i went to the theme settings, and turned off and on the theme effects, but still no difference..
So next I went to ROMPatcher+, but the screwup was that it wasnt starting up.. Dont know why..
When I click on the icon for RP+, it gives me the startup screen (RP+ Info, stating that If you like this s/w, then support blah blah..)
Once I click OK, it just goes back to my applications folder..

Please help!!
