Default save my Notes? really important to me!

im about to flash my origional (yes im still using the origional) firmware, i safely transfered almost a year of pictures, apps, songs, and anything else you can think of. however my notes, ive been writing notes on my phone the entire time ive owned it. around 60+ notes, my girlfriend and i wrote to each other are in there. i dont want to lose all of those memories. is there a way to safe or trasnfer all of the notes i wrote in "Notes"? because right now, this is the only thing stopping me from finally upgrading.

Default

they sync with outlook, you just have to set it up in sync. you can check if they synced through outlook before upgrading =) and then upgrade to a custom firmware lol.
