Cool QR codes reading problems

I seem to have problems reading QR codes, the "smart reader"-program wont recognize any of the qr-barcodes i scan. Does anyone know of an alternative to the bundled software? I urgently need one. Thanks in advance.

As far as I can tell the smart reader does not read QRCodes. It only scans business cards and then tries to split the information into contact information (sorta works sometimes).

To read QR codes and similar I use QuickMark, apart from the cheesy sounds it makes it is very good.

Though old post. I hope my answer would be helpful for the people who read this post now. I am using a Java QR Code barcode reader SDK to read QR Code in Java. It's professional. Make a recommendation. You can also find many other barcode readers there, like .NET QR Code barcode reader SDK, etc.

Yes, that is a professional barcode site. I am using its tool to create barcode in ASP.NET using VB.NET. Nice tool. I must admit.
