123 diverted to talking clock - virus?
I missed a call from a friend which went to voicemail. When I clicked connect to voicemail (123) I was taken to the Talking Clock, which just went on and on giving me the time. I tried to manually dial 123. Each time I get a message - 'Active diverts' and am taken back to the talking clock (and get charged each time). I phoned support (no, that's not a joke....) and was instructed to deactivate call divert. This did not help. I was then asked for my phone number and promised a call back when they had found out what to do.... Still waiting.... and without any hope because the last time I phoned with a problem they couldn't fix they made the same promise and never phoned back. Which is why I joined this forum. Any ideas?
