Default Problem with speaker

Well from yesterday my speakers just stopped working.....

I have used the phone for about a year now.

Ive been running HX-7 firmware for about 9 months now and yesterday my speakers randomly stopped working.....

I didnt fidget with any data or anything.

Alarm sound doesnt work and Music/Video player and key pad tones.
I dont think any loudspeaker sounds are working.

I still can hear and receive calls normally though.

Anyone know what the problem could be or what i should do to find out the problem?

PS. I tried the *#0*# Upper Speaker/Lower Speaker/Melody option and dont hear anything.

Vibrator and other features of the phone are normal.

PPS. Earphones do not work either

It plays calls on loudspeaker aswell.....

Only Music/Videos / RIng tones and keypad volume doesnt work.

The speakers are fine then why is this happening?

I suspect some settings might have changed when it was in my pocket also will installing a new firmware erase this problem?

It's possible. Thought I'd blown my speakers once and sent it off for repair. According to the sheet all they did was update the firmware.

Ok i installed HX11-v7 but nothing happened

Still i can hear calls and put that on loudspeaker but alarm/keypad/music/ringtones and video got no sound !

Anyone have any idea on all possible settings options that could affect audio? ( or some code that resets all hardware settings to default or even a firmware that does the same on installing)
This forum is my only hope guys give me some clues !

Edit : Okay so the radio also works on headphone and loudspeaker

Wtf is going on O.o

Well I had the same problem .... earlier. I managed to get the sound back after much deliberations ! Try formating the phone hard drive, then you have to format the memory card. flash your phone with the original version of the firmware provided for the country when u had purchased the phone and u will get the sound back ...... Best of luck!!!!

Did you try what was suggested above?

I'm sorry, I didn't say it before.
Yes, I tried to reinstall the original firmware (the least, I think: I8910XXJB1).
hard reser, *#7370# don't solve the problem.

sound still doesn't work for alarm/keypad/music/ringtones/video and earphones.
I can hear calls and I can put it on loudspeaker, the radio works with earphones and loudspeaker so the speakers are not broken.

I tried *#0*# as darksided suggested, and upper and lower speaker doesn't work.

I'll keep searching for a solution
