Your video has exact 23,83 fps on the length of 17s and 16 frames.
16 khz and 96 kbit audio.

Today i recorded a video with exact 23,76 fps. Nearly the same (16khz 96 kbit)

On my testing-conclusion result i get exactly 24 fps with NO dropped frame with 16 khz audio and 48 kbit audio.
In my opinion, 48 kbit and 96 kbit has no differences. Just note that the setting-values are limited !

yes..consider 48 as a 96 stereo and 96 as a 192 stereo..you get "trasparency"("same" of an uncompressed format) in aac format using 96 kbps for each channel(as you get in mp3 using 160kbps for channel = 320kbps stereo)..this means that nokia and omnia hd use maximum aac bitrate that has sense (over 96kbps for channel there is no sense in an aac encoding)...so you can consider trasparency value(96 aac mono = 192 aac stereo) as a 320 kbpsstereo mp3...and you consider 48 aac mono = 96 aac stereo similar to a 160 stereo mp3..

so, using for example a good mp3, it's difficult notice differences between 160 kbps stereo and 320 kbps stereo if you don't use very good output devices.

so, in a phone recording (and with a low sampling rate) maybe will be impossibile listen differences between a 48kbps mono and 96kbps mono..with higher sampling rate maybe yes, but maybe

if you make the same video using 48 and 96 kbps values, also we can judice

Very little difference in sound quality so 24FPS with no dropped frames and 48Kbps audio would be acceptable with the 16Khz sample rate. If it was possible to increase the sample rate, the audio bitrate would probably be better at 96Kbps with just below 24FPS and I think that would be a compromise worth taking

As this is with ONE purpose (video recording quality) can I suggest a mix of these two threads?

This one with: [BREAKTHROUGH NEWS] New HyperX firmware in progress! Better sound and 24fps HD Rec!

(perhaps a name change for "breakthrough news progress better ..." as two persons are envolved)

either way: I think audio MONO 16Khz, 16bit, 48kbps (kbit/s) is enough as it´s much easier to put up than video dropped frames.

As HX says, there are limited settings and some give problems so why lose so much time with this? HX/wireless settings with 24fps + 16Khz,16bit,48kbps is extremely decent!

Another thing: VIVAZ uses S60v5 and stable video. With a Vivaz dump could it be that with camera app + settings + lower bitrate(Vivaz runs his SoC @ 720Mhz, 120MHz plus than i8910´s...) it works? I say this because perhaps Vivaz has a more optimized encoding code/routines...
