are you using a 3rd party filebrowser like xplore/activefile/nokia filebrowser?

if so, and you have opened all folders for viewing in the configuration menu, z/sys/bin/widgetidle.dll is there to see/replace

yes lam using activefile/nokia filebrowser and when copy( widgetidle.dll) and try to past in z/sys/bin there is no option past and this happen only with z root

the Z: memory is a ROM

ROM means Read Only Memory

so you can´t paste there! you can only read the files on Z:

i guess the correct way is to implement the .dll into a custon firmware

or try it with ROMPatcher+

just copy the .dll to C:\sys\bin

and then activate C2Z patch in ROMPatcher+.


btw: hows the battery life with an animated background??

does it drain the battery much??

Its going to be a rom cooking level thing then, as you have to delete the original gadget file which is in z drive - this can only be done when editing rofs etc....
