Newbie from Việt Nam, help me! Please!

I have a problem with GPS of my device. I really don't know the address of positioning server for my device. I have tried some suggested address just like "supl.nokia.com" or "supl.google.com" but my device notified me that there is no connection (in Tools/Location/GPS data).
In "Positioning methods" tab, I've already check "Interated GPS" and "Network based". In "Positioning server", I've chosen "Automatic", chosen an correct access point (this access point that I used to explore the Internet). I've already download GPS+.
Google map couldn't locate my location, it notified the sentence "Seeking sattelite (0)....", "Initializing...." and sometimes I seen "GPS active" but nothing happened. At last Google map notifited that "GPS receiver is weak". My position is within 1500 meters.
I tried to erase the address server (I let it null), unchecked "Network based" in "Positioning methods" just used "Interated GPS" option, download GPS+ again after that Google map locate me easily. My location is within 80 meters but this value made me disappointed. I didn't see any sentences that notify me if Google map tried to lock my position using GPS.
How can I solve my problem? Help me, please. Thank you very much indeed!

Server address in mine is h-slp.mnc088.mcc222.pub.3gppnetwork.org but I know it's related to my mobile provider in some way cause 222-088 is my mobile network ID... I guess you should find out what is your own provider's server and/or leave positioning server on Automatic and chose your mobile provider access point equal to your web one, the server address should then be automatically obtained (or not?).
