Yes, mine is being much better today than yesterday - cycling the batteries a few times does improve their life... They're also bloody good at hanging on when "low" on power, unlike Nokia batteries that go from half power to dead very quickly.

I am using Best Taskman to control the processes on the phone - it is set to replace the builtin task manager so can be set to keep an eye on things generally, and allows you to see all system processes and kill them off as you want

that taskman is for symbian s60 3rd edition and if I remember correctly i8910 is running on the 5th edition

Thanks for those instructions that was what i was looking for as my Battery also was only lasting 6 Hours so actually deleted a couple of apps that use the Internet Accu Weather and Seven. But thanks to your tip once battery life returns to being good i can re install them.

Personally i use and have used Handy Taskman on every S60 device I've owned in fact it's the first app i always install and is excellent for seeing exactly which apps are running and being able to close or kill them. It also has some other Handy features and IMO is worth checking out.
