Basic guide to getting apps signed and working on i8910-
First and most important step is to get a Cert&Key to sign HelloOX There is now an English site that does not require a guide so visit here to get your cert&key- http://www.s60certkey.com If you want to use imobile to get your cert&key use this guide- http://forum.dailymobile.se/index.php?topic=8412.0 The imobile website- http://isign.imobile.com.cn/ Should take 1-2 day's before the Cert&Key is available. Your IMEI is 15 digits. Do not include the / between the final number! Second step- Download these files... HelloOX http://www.filefactory.com/file/ahab...3_Unsigned_sis SignSis http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=5...4e75f6e8ebb871 To make it easy for yourself create a new folder on your desktop and call it Sign apps or whatever you want. Install SignSis to this folder and put your Cert&Key in there as well. Run SignSis-GUI.exe and under general settings you will see 3 boxes. In DevCert you must put your certificate and under that in KeyFile you navigate to your Key. Once they are both in place just put whatever key you want in the Key box. I just use 0000. At the bottom you will have 2 more boxes Installer file/input is where you must navigate to the app you want signed..in this case that is HelloOX. Once you have HelloOX selected hit the SignSis! button and it is now ready to install. You will have 2 versions of HelloOX now..signed and unsigned so make sure you install the signed one. Just connect you phone via PC Studio mode and double click the HelloOx.Sis file. It will start to install so just keep selecting yes on your phone screen until it is complete. You can put it anywhere but I always put it on the Phone memory rather than mass memory. Once installed you need to run HelloOX on your phone, it will be in your application section. It will start unpacking and when it is finished it will tell you to uninstall HelloOX from your phone. It is now safe to delete it. Step 3- Final step- Download this file... Leftup Cert&Key http://www.filefactory.com/file/ahac...up_CertKey_rar alternative link- http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=6...4e75f6e8ebb871 Some people will say just use imobile/OPDA but after installing HelloOX leftup Cert&Key are your best option. I have found that it installs some apps that imobile/OPDA won't. So it is the same steps as before..just remove the certificate and key from the folder on your desktop and store them somewhere safe for future use.. Now put the Leftup cert&key in the folder instead and load them into the correct boxes as told before. Now when you have an app that you want to put on your phone..even Nokia applications you just need to sign it via SignSis and install. Easy as that! Sorry if I use too much detail..it's to make sure that complete noobs don't struggle with it! Few applications for you to sign and use after following the steps in this guide. Nokia's push email service..much better than the one pre-installed on the i8910- http://www.filefactory.com/file/ahac...okia_s60v5_rar or.... http://www.ziddu.com/download/5403802/Nokia.rar.html nAlertMe is an accelerometer-based freeware application that sounds a loud alarm when any movement is detected. http://www.filefactory.com/file/ahac...0_unsigned_sis Sky Mobile Application-TV guide/News&Info etc. http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=b...4e75f6e8ebb871 Here is a site where you will find many applications to download. Nearly all will work once you have followed the steps in this guide. They have new things added daily so its worth bookmarking it. This link will take you straight to the S60 5th Edition section- http://gizmogates.com/forum/YaBB.pl?board=S605apps More links to app/game sources- http://www.ipmart-forum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=741 http://symbianworld.org/s60-5th-edit...okia-5800-n97/ http://www.timobiles.com/dl/category...-applications/ http://gallery.mobile9.com/c/nokia-5...ftware_1954/1/ http://www.dreamstrikes.com/applicat...ition-mobiles/ |

Thanks...i was getting lot's of requests to do it and I thought it would be easy to have all my suggestions in one place rather than scattered all over this forum..which they already are! lol.
Now if anybody asks I can just point them in the direction of this guide..it took me a while to finish it.
