Petition for Samsung to improve firmware, please sign on!

Hi guys, just wanted to let you know there's an online petition to help put the pressure on Samsung to improve our phone and the only way to get it going is if we sign on! So please follow the link and be a part of the movement: Improve/Maintain Samsung i8910/Omnia HD Petition

Update: Version 1.0 of my report to Samsung is up! i8910 Report Version 1.0.
I took hours to make this so please comment, add subtract, object or whatever on the report. Cheers!

Update 2: Version 2 of my report is ready! Hopefully it's my final to Samsung but it doesn't have to be. As usual comment, suggest, object etc. It's over here i8910 Report Version 2.0 Thanks for the feedback, Cheers!

Update 4: Version 3 of my report is finally ready! It probably took me even more hours, had to go through heaps of feedback etc so enjoy. Update 5: Samsung just said they are going to release a firmware update that addresses some of the issues from the report. To be released in Jan 2010, the firmware will have kinetic scrolling, better browser and a new graphics engine. For more view the official press release: Omnia HD Update Coming in January

Update 6: Had a meeting with Samsung Technical Manager Chris. The results of the meeting are here My meeting with Samsung, report back on the i8910 « The Anphase Blog. I'll continue to update you on any new progress.

Signed too, but as above I doubt it will have any effect. This is all based on the assumption a company as massive as Samsung actually gives a sh*t about what it's customers want....they just care about selling stuff to new people, not supporting existing clientelle. There's no money to be made in that.

I had similar issues with Nokia when they released firmware to the like of Vietnam first and the UK last. Really really annoying when the phones were so buggy and in dire need of updating.

The thing is, last time I had the Innov8 and I allowed Samsung to walk without giving a fight thinking it would get better but we were left in the dirt. Now I'm thinking why not! If we fail at least I know we gave it our best possible shot! Its amazing what one individual can do to fix the firmware yet Samsung fails to do anything even close!

Problem is taht the Korean programmers can't fix it :/
They need to hire any European or US team of programmers to make proper software/firmware
but
they are too greedy to pay money :/ to other teams

then

we will not get any proper firmware from Samsung KOREA.

SORRY
