The new firmware was released today and its already available to download.

PS: As for other firmwares, there is no official changelog available. All i have are only short comments from Samsung.

It's great looking for sure ^_^ and we were awaiting the Italian H4 revision. This version should sport a lot of improvement as Sept release.

Its not a fake, it has been released today about 12-14 MSK. The screenshot from the phone i will upload later.
