Default PowerDicSymbianV9.sis

Where can i put the PowerDicSymbianV9 ?
There is an PowerDicSymbianV9.exe in z:sys/bin !
I flashed other rom and copied all the files to a pc and flashed evolutionevo2 again!
Put the copied PowerDicSymbianV9 directory with all files to e:
Started PowerDicSymbianV9.exe in z:sys/bin .......... but nothing again !
I thing that i have to put the icon and the shortcut in the menu/office , but i dont know how doing this !
Im insisting on this because this PowerDicSymbianV9 is the best free dictionary for s60v5 and if someone could help , i will be glad !
Edited: i realized that powerdicsymbian9 is a buid in application !

Where is this application? I can't find it.

Also, is there any way to edit the icons in the homescreen? I checked for the "shortcuts.xml" like with other bluespectrum HS's but I couldn't find it.
