I second it Cos it's the only music player which has a find option in the music library and after you rotate the screen the music controls are still there PLS. modders give it a try...

i think you are crazy i luv the 8910 music player the visualizations are great.. my kids have 5800 and the player is not that great.. i dont think replacing the player is going to give u better bass. it is integrated in the phone codecs lower than that.

I don't like the i8910s player at all. It doesn't have podcasts support, don't accept ear pieces with remote control, it is useless when in landscape, kinetic scrolling is a joke...

Its funny, i have been suffering with serious lack of bass on my headphones, i changed those stupid samsung ones for some JVC, i couldnt stand the way that one ear piece went around my neck and the entire weight of it tugged on my left ear, i like the traditional style of cable, up the middle and split to each ear, does that make sense? lol

anyway, i plugged in the new earphones and they sounded really tinny, so i tried a few more sets and anything except the standard earphones sounded awful, its almost like the standard set were built to compensate for the ****ty sound.

I installed powermp3, still the same, so i then installed 360ting and it sounded much better, i can only assume that it doesnt use the standard codecs somehow, but even without a working equaliser it still sounds much better.

I hope this helps.

(I am on HXV3 is thats relevant)

I'm very annoyed with all the music controls disappearing when i go to landscape mode, what were they thinking?

And another feature that i'd like to have is queuing so i could set the next couple of songs i want to hear without making a new playlist. I tried a few 3rd party media players, but none of them can use queues.

With remote control... what do you mean by that? I have a pair of Ultimate Ears Triple.fi 10vi (vi = with mic + PTT) and when I try to use it to listen to music, it does not have bass (e.g. voice removal "feature"). However, when I press the PTT button, I hear the full range of audio!

Note that the mic will not work as a headset, as these earphones are iPhone compatible only (or so UE says...)

thanks for the reply but I dont really understand what you are saying, i mean that any earphones that i use (apart from the standard set) sound tinny on the default player, however, after changine to 360ting i have a much improved bass and general sound.

I know the mic wont work, i dont worry about that, i will take the phone out of my pocket to call someone, i just want to use it as an ipod and have good sound, 360ting allows me to do this.
