Yes but even the Zune HD version is different, faster and more responsive (not to mention newer) then the one used in current builds of WM 6.5. Overall i didn't said it's bad, on a contrary - it's a step into right direction. I said it's still slow. And the Zune HD version has the "depth" idea, ommited in the current version distributed with the mobile phones.

I think they're both amazing...Symbian has nothing like that.

Current "My Media/My app" menu and "3D Task manager" are Qt developed applications. There are numerous community shell extensions/kind-a/ replacements shells/UIs, written in Flash. If you Google here and there, you'll see. The problem with them however, is that they are not commercial projects. SPB Shell and Touch FLO 2D/3D are. commercial projects vs. community projects (of a same type) = commercial always win.
As for their (in my opinion of course) bad points - SPB Shell suffers from over ornated UI. It's so handy it's so usefull, that it is begging to be hard to work with. There are so many screens, which shares similar functionality, basically way to many screens, to get to one menu in so many identical ways. Talking about aesthetics however - i don't have an objections. Same goes (in one degree or another) for Touch FLO 3D, however the main disadvantage for me is, that even on Touch HD it's damn slow. Even with a "vanilla" cooked rom. A colleague of mine has tried using it on a Xperia X1 via cooked ROM - it's even slower. It's better with version 2.6, but still has hickups here and there.

Had a Magic and a Hero to test, for little more then a week. Both are great devices, and i think Android has it's advantages (and disadvantages in some areas). However, when talking about Cookie 1.5 + Sense UI (which is what Hero uses) we meet the same problem as with the touch FLO. Hero uses the same Quallcom CPU which is found in the Touch HD devices, but with more system memory. What i'm trying to say - yes it it beautiful, the clock, the slide controls and even the multi-touch web browser and gallery.. but it's too choppy and slow. Android is really fast, when working with it's own shell (which is also highly customizable and eyecandy even without SenseUI). However, HTC should polish it more, and in other hand Google has some things to be done and others - re-done, imho.
